Hamilton House collects only the information needed to respond to an enquiry and to arrange a stay: your name, contact details, travel dates and any preferences you share with us.

We do not sell or share guest information with third parties, other than the service providers engaged for your stay — transfers, housekeeping, chefs and tour operators — and only where necessary to deliver what you have requested.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your booking and to meet our legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to stay@hamiltonhouse.com.au.
