Terms

A reservation is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due sixty days before arrival. Dates are held for seventy-two hours while a deposit is arranged.

Cancellations made more than sixty days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit less an administration fee. Inside sixty days, the deposit is retained and the balance released only if the dates are rebooked.

The house sleeps ten guests. Events and additional visitors are welcome by prior arrangement. Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
